My real estate career started in 2014, after serving as a full time missionary for our church in Mindanao for two years (2011-2013). I was a Corporate Accounts Officer in Avida Land Corp, where I became one of the top sellers and received a brand new MacBook Air a nd was previledged to travel for roadshows in many cities here in the Philippines. Though I did not have a prior experience with real estate selling, I did my best and studied it through learning and experience and following advises from people who are already successful in this industry, and for that I came to love this field, I love my job and I wanted more of it.

I have been in this field for almost 5 years now. My goal is to help many people see the potential of real estate and what great things it could do in their lives through wise choices and investments. I know that real estate is the best investment in this world, it can be passed on from one genration after another. It does not go bad or get spoiled but increases value overtime. I believe I will be able to make my goals into reality through persistence, Gods help and honest service for my clients.

I have worked with different projects and developers. I was with Mandani Bay, also one of the best projects I have worked with. There I had a lot of clients made a lot of sales and was able to make it to the Top 10 for the entire teams. But I had an unforgettable experience of what I thought of was a nightmare and one of the greatest challenge in my career as a sales person, when my own manager manipulated my sales without my knowing and transferred it to another agents name. It was a tragedy for me, I experienced depression and I was down for a long time. I felt like the fire within me for making sales was banished. But I had moved on and started to manage properties of my clients. I also started to focus more on property rentals and so far, I have already found clients for more than a hundred properties and rented them out for my clients. I also have my wife who is helping me with this business.

Now I work with BE Residences as a Property Sales Consultant. My goal is to become one of the top sales agent in this company. My dream is to buy my own house and a condo unit and a nice car for the next 5-10 years in here and make investments in real estate for my family and our future while helping others in their steps to investing and living in their dream units.
